Where is the best place to design and manage a business project?

Good time of the day. I am a developer of mobile applications for Android (in parallel with my largest project at the moment I am writing a website). And it so happened that often you have to postpone some tasks for tomorrow, make some notes. To design some things in detail, using tables, diagrams, write various information for the future, plan something. In general, you need tools for project management.
Been using OutLook for a while. Yes, it has great features, but the functionality of standard Word (tables and diagrams) is implemented too poorly. I miss this. Therefore, I have to switch to some other application. Can you advise something?
And it would be nice to be able to operate both from mobile devices (Android platform) and from personal computers. I really don't trust WEB-services, so I try not to consider them. Thank you!
