What does an Agile service include?

Some background to explain why I need this: My company used the service with an Agile approach and paid some big money there every month. Due to its limitations and several inconveniences, they decided to switch to 1C Bitrix, there is also some kind of Agile. The company is tired of paying so much money, so it wants to create an analogue for itself and expand it as needed.
I myself have not worked with this approach and do not really know what it is. Can someone write what needs to be done?

Look at what functionality the services provide, find out from the director what exactly the services that were used did not like and combine the knowledge gained.

Agile is not a service, but a philosophy/values.
Service - most likely "task scheduler".
What you need to do -> throw marketing garbage out of your head, decide on your own what you need, no one will decide this for you and do it.
