Where is the best place to become a systems analyst?

Now I'm in my third year in this specialty and I don't know anything. I entered with great desire, and now I still want to become a systems analyst.
I study at TUSUR (this is in Tomsk) - nothing is taught here in this specialty. But I heard, they say, one of the best places where systems analysis is taught.
I think to deduct or transfer somewhere, but where? I have a good average at the university, but the program is rather weak and the difference in the curriculum, most likely, will most likely not be in my favor. I already called LETI and they didn’t even consider me.
The USE score is not as high as we would like: 214/198 (computer science / physics). Of course, I will not enter the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, but maybe you can tell me the universities where you can get some base for work? In which there is a really good quality of education for systems analysts.
+ question: if I go to "computer science and computer engineering" or "management in technical systems", will I be able to enroll in a master's program in systems analysis later?

There are 28 chairs in MEPhI "System Analysis". Almost all graduates work in this direction (system analysis, IT consulting). But the entrance to the profession, in my opinion, is quite easy... You can already find a job as a system analyst in the 4th year and after graduation you will already be in the profession...
+ If you have English and some finances, then a foreign master's program will be much more preferable.. .
