Where can I find a selection of ready-made applications for ios with source code?

I am starting to learn ios. Everyone knows that a lot of things have already been written, scripts, templates, so from scratch I would not want to create some of the functions of applications that have already been written.
Where can I find a site with ready-made ios applications for download? Like www.raywenderlich.com/tutorials , but not in the form of tutorials, but more like a store (paid or free download)?
Is there a store selling ios scripts like codecanyon.net ?
