Find a university in Germany from the list

www.daad.de/deutschland/studienangebote/international-programs/de/?p=l&q=°ree%5B%5D=2&fos%5B%5D=3&fos%5B%5D=4&subject=0&lang%5B%5D=2&langDistribution= 0&fee%5B%5D=1

Help me choose where to go =)
*. I have no idea which of these universities are “better”

My criteria
1. Master 's degree
2. The course is completely in English
3. Education is free, preferably the minimum associated payments
4. directions - any technical, informational. The main thing is where it is interesting.

The University of Kassel is good, I had an internship there at one time. Another positive feedback about the university in Freiburg is the University of Freiburg , where my former classmate graduated from the master's program.
I do not recommend Universität Hamburg for technical specialties, if TUHH is on the list , then you will definitely be interested there. The husband's son is now studying there and is wildly delighted. The study is very much practice oriented, i.e. lectures are not tedious theory, but very informative things for the future profession.
As for free education, you need to look for special grants and scholarships, there is no simple free education like in Russia, you will have to pay about 350 euros per semester in any case, this amount includes travel, various fees, etc.

I have a degree in information security, 5 years.
I am not fully satisfied with the education that is available to me in Russia. The trouble is that I am almost equally attracted to, for example, forensic science and film directing

Understand what you want more. And choose it, regardless of how in demand your choice is in the labor market, or somewhere else.
After accepting the choice, see if there is a program you are interested in in English.
Given that you already have a degree, I will say that some universities may charge a fee for a second education, even if there is no fee for the first there.
For admission to directing, you may have to pass some kind of creative exam, or have already finished works, usually short films, in your portfolio.
In any case, good luck!

Higher education in Germany is generally free of charge, with the exception of some states where fees have already been introduced for foreign students. For example, in Baden-Württemberg (and there are the oldest Heidelberg and Tübingen universities + this applies to the universities of Stuttgart, Konstanz, Freiburg and some other cities). But semester fees are everywhere, count on the amount of 100-300 euros, sometimes the use of public transport is already included in it. In addition, to open a visa, you will need a guarantee amount of 8640 euros (2018) to open a blocked account.
For training, pay attention to the universities of the TU 9 group - these are the most famous technical universities in Germany that receive good third-party funding. Here they are: RWTH Aachen University, TU Berlin, TU Braunschweig, TU Darmstadt, TU Dresden, Leibniz Universität Hannover, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, TU München, University of Stuttgart.
Good luck!
