Where is opera's minimize button?

I installed it for the first time in my life, and was immediately surprised, where is the button to minimize the window? Or rather, when I expand opera to full screen, there is no minimize button, if I minimize the window, there are buttons.
But all this is not very convenient for me, how can I make the buttons always be there?

Is this Gnome 3? If yes, then you need to enable the display of the title for maximized windows. The title will be like the minimized windows.
