Opera captures Ctrl+Shift+Home and Ctrl+Shift+End key combinations, how to fix?

New version of Opera 63.0.3368.71, stable, system Windows 8 64-bit
Intercepts these key combinations and cannot be used in other programs.
There are no such combinations in the Opera settings. Help solve the problem, perhaps someone has encountered it and knows what to do.

It looks like there is a temporary solution. It worked for me. You need to fix the Preferences file in the Opera profile, delete the contents of the command in {} (search for Ctrl + Shift + ...), or set the global parameter to false (in this case, the combinations will not work only in Opera itself). By default my profile is here: C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable

Same problem in 63.0.3368.88 - Ctrl+Shift+Home and Ctrl+Shift+End don't work in any window/editor on local machine (i.e., in windows of rdp session opened from this machine - work).
I did not find a solution, except for closing Opera, disabling extensions also did not help.
Filed a bug in Opera ID: DNAWIZ-71921.
