Automatic installation of the extension from the site in the browsers "Edge", "Opera" and "Safari"?

Can anyone tell me if it is possible in the browsers "Opera", "Edge" and "Safari" to create a web page from which the user, based on his desire, can install the extension for himself by clicking on the button?

Browsers don't allow it.
Otherwise, every first joker would put an extension with some dirty tricks in your browser from his site.
