Why is the India region put on YouTube (Opera 47)?
I change to Russia, when I restart the browser again India. Cleared cache, cleared cookies, didn't help. Do Not Track is not worth it, there is no proxy vpn.
I checked in Firefox (the same account) - Russia is there by default.

This is a bug and it only works if you go through the "Recommendations" on the Express Panel. Already reported to the developers
