Where in Jira SCRUM to see how many hours are written off per day/week/month?

Hello.
I recently started using Jira for myself, I want to learn how to use it for the future (still unemployed, but I am reworking my old projects for new technologies) ...
And now I don’t understand where to see how many hours I wrote off in a day / / week / month, etc. . to control myself that I spent at least 8 hours a day / 40 hours a week, etc.
At first, I barely found that the "Time Tracking" field was turned off by default, then I found reports turned off. And there is emptiness. What am I missing? Where to dig, at least?
