Is there a task timer plugin for JIRA cloud version?

Hello!
There is a project in JIRE in the cloud. I'm used to working with tasks on a timer, i.e. started work - start, walked away / was distracted - pause, finished - stop, etc. Are there similar plugins for JIRA in the cloud (preferably free)?
Thank you.

Why not use Scrum poker? 1-2-4-6-8-16-24-32-40? Or is the project so floating and the tasks so unclear?

There are plugins for Jira (for example, this one and this one ) that highlight the timer button (start / stop) from the Toggl service next to the task names . Toggl has a free version. If you just need to keep track of time for yourself, then it will be enough. .
From that, you may like:
- If you turn it on in the Timeline settings, it will track in what time range in which program you were sitting.
- There are integrations with other programs. For example, with Todoist.
- There are versions for Mac, Windows, web version, plugins.
I have been using Toggl for about 3 years - the program is stable, new features are constantly being added. In general, I recommend.
