Guys how to make Jira fault-tolerant?
There are several Jira Servers that need file and index synchronization in failover.

In the ideal, you need to take the DataCenter edition. Or collective farm yourself with nodes and DBMS replication.
You definitely need fault tolerance, maybe high availability.
My point is, if you're up for a downtime of up to 10 minutes, that's one song.
(here you just do the following: rsync (home and install with exclusion of caches and indexes, logs), snapshot indexes.
Just warn that within a short period the search index will catch up in the background and the most important projects will be ready first.
If fault tolerance: then only Datacenter or
Cloud.Other options are a violation of the licensing policy, due to the fact that you must have a hot replica.
