Is it possible in Jira to make the "Author of last comment in issue" field sortable?

I'm trying to clarify the to-do list.
I want to understand whether it is possible to somehow introduce a new field "The author of the last comment in the task."
If this is possible, it will be possible to display this author in the filter of tasks and sort by this author (namely, the author of the last comment, and not just the author of the task) - and this will help.
Is that possible?

I do not quite understand what the problem is.
Order your to-do list? You can just look at the latest updates, it's easier.
Or to understand in which departments tasks hang? Then make an elementary SLA for the answer, conditionally 1-2 days, and if the discussion got up on Vasya Pupkin and costs a week, punish)
