Where exactly does Brooks (The Mythic Man-Month) say 10 lines of code a day?

About Brooks here, I think everyone knows. The original source is here .
I had a difficult and very important discussion, I must refer to the indisputable authority. Here it says

Everybody always says that they can beat the "10 lines per developer per day" from the "Mythical Man Month"...

I look through the book and can't find it. Can anyone tell me which chapter this is discussed in?

The OS/360 experience confirms Harr's data, although the OS/360 data is not as detailed. In the control program development groups, the productivity was 600-800 debugged commands per person per year. In translator development groups, the productivity reached 2000-3000 debugged commands per person per year.
