What are the service center application management systems?
We have a service center, we are engaged in the repair of printers. Masters go to repair at the client.
The main process looks like this:
1. The client calls
2. The manager accepts the order, appoints the master
3. The master arrives, repairs
4. The manager calls the client, checks that the client is satisfied with the repair
5. The manager issues an invoice to the client
6. The client pays the invoice
7. The application is closed
Now the whole process is tracked in a notebook, the problem is that sometimes invoices are not issued on time, or they forget to call the client. Or worse - they forget to appoint a master.
We need such a system in which the application was entered, and the system controls that all points are completed. And if something is not done on time, it reminds.

Most likely, you will have to take a ready-made system and finish it, but to the right points. At one time I used the Terrasoft ServiceDesk system. If you know C#, then adding a couple of points will not be a problem. However, I don't know how the prices are now.
