Where can I chat about IT topics?

Often there are questions about IT regarding management, marketing and analytics. If you can still ask directly related to IT on SO or a toaster, then about IT things only from acquaintances. People are interested not only in these areas, but in IT. Where can I ask a similar question / discuss something similar?

On Facebook, it’s very ok if you follow those who write about this very business and join thematic groups. Add, for example, there is a link in the profile.
