What project/task management software is built into Windows like this?
In a small sidebar on the right (hidden or appears if the mouse is moved to the end of the screen), a list of tasks that need to be performed by a specific authorized participant appears.
Tasks are set by any member of the project team (including oneself).
When a new task is set by any participant for a specific one, it is added immediately to this participant (the client can also be a participant)
These are not difficult tasks that require a large technical specification, But little things like "fix here" - "remind here" that you can not set yourself to themselves, but also to each other.
I use Todoist - Trello - Evernote and it would be nice to have the integration of this "thing" with them, but even without this elegant solution for small tasks I did not find. Individual applications are too cumbersome and the transaction costs for setting, accepting and accounting for tasks are too high - there are too many actions to do for this.
The solution would be similar to Sticky Notes from Windows - but with the possibility of team setting tasks.
Suddenly there is such a hat on the market, but I don’t know about it?
