Where does Zabbix get non-existent hosts from?

Removed all removed SIP gateways and switches in Zabbix.
Put the detection rule - ICMP-Ping.

I deleted the network nodes themselves in the settings, but zabbix constantly finds them (HOW?, if they do not ping and they are not in the list of devices) and constantly writes that everything is very bad - the host is unavailable.

How to explain to zabbix so that he forgets the old hosts? Where else should they be removed? Do not climb into the database - it's nonsense! I don't understand :(
