Where does the RAM go, Windows 7?

Hello. I ran into a problem where the RAM goes. The dispatcher uses 4 GB, but if you sum up all the consumables from the "Processes" section, then with a large excess we can say that there are 2 GB, the maximum, in fact, about 1.5. How can you find out who else is eating RAM?

Are the processes of all users displayed?
More details are written in the resource monitor (in the performance manager → resource monitor).

The RAM was eaten by the caching system. Like, you want to open the file, but it is already in memory and will open quickly. There are no sane ways to "fight" this. If you disable all sorts of prefetch and superfetch, then you can slightly free up memory, but it will work slower.
Download the RamMap.exe program, it can unload unnecessary things from memory.
