Is it possible to install licensed Win 8.1 on another media from a hidden recovery partition?

Goodnight!
The crux of the issue is in the title. There is a hard one with licensed Win 8.1, there is also a hidden partition for system recovery + software from the computer manufacturer. From this section, you can restore the system without entering keys and other things. Question: is it possible to install Windows on another medium on the basis of this disk in such a way that the license does not fall off and the key is also not required, and if so, how? The motherboard will not change, only the drive. Alternatively, is it possible to make an identical copy of the hard drive, including all hidden information and the activation status of Windows?
I looked for articles on this topic, but basically the technique was to create a boot image and enter the key afterwards - this is exactly what you want to avoid.
I would be grateful for advice, thanks.

You can clone a disk, for example Acronis True Imidem. With such cloning, activation on the same motherboard is preserved.

so that the license does not fall off
You may not enter the key, but you are unlikely to save the activation, due to a change in the hardware ID of the device, Windows is perfectly able to check the device configuration. And even if you leave the activation with such and such a crutch, then legally the license will still "fly off".
