How to start VirtualBox after Win10 update?

After updating win, virtualbox stopped starting. The manager opens, but not a single virtual machine starts up, even the newly created one.

What I did:
Renamed VMashina.vbox-prev VMashina.vbox,
Uninstalled and then installed vbox v6.0.12, also vbox v 6.0.16 and vbox 6.1.2.
I exported the necessary virtual machine, the export went without errors, but during the import (during the import process) an error popped up (did not write it down).
Now I temporarily copied the virtual disk to another computer, everything works there.
Help start vbox, virtual machines are needed.
