Where do you get design ideas from?

I can say that I was overtaken by a creative crisis, it’s difficult to come up with something creative, the constant fear of usability does not allow me to open up. How do you get creative? )))

What do you mean by "creative"? The interfaces are rigid enough to suffer from bullshit, especially in a mass product.
And so, rest. Do something unobtrusive, go to another city, just do a general cleaning. The main task is not to think about work.

Probably many designers have similar thoughts.
This is a double-edged sword - on the one hand, viewing really high-quality works:
1. Dribbble
2. Behance
3. Awards and other Site of the Day contests.
On the other hand, if you constantly look at other people's projects, you lose your focus and gradually lose your own style.
Therefore, IMHO, the most productive:
1. Increase your motivation . Understand why you need it and why you do it. And yes, it comes first.
2. Look back a little at other people's successful work, but without fanaticism.
3. Read / watch / learn something newwhich contributes to the desire to apply new knowledge in practice. For example, I often look at boroda.io looking for something interesting.
4. Rest . Constantly analyze and improve your productivity.
5. Remember that design is a subjective thing, everyone has their own vision. And just create . And then analyze the result, correct flaws and polish your decisions. But also without fanaticism :)
Good luck in your work!

constant fear of usability does not open up

And rightly so, usability first, then creativity. Since it is mentioned, then it is apparently about the design of interfaces.
If you want it to be straight creatively creative, then draw something with which the user does not interact - all sorts of pictures, logos, art. or where interaction is not the main thing - then usability should not be too restrictive.
The mass interface now, in principle, in our age of 5-second attention, should be instantly understandable, which means it looks like everything that a person has seen before.

Inspiration is a very broad concept. When there is a need, you just sit down and do it, everything comes in the process for me.
