Where do the folders from the vs project go?

This is not the first time I create a folder, the project is updated and that's it, there is no folder, it is in the explorer, but it is not displayed in the solution explorer, how can I return it there? does not allow creating a new one with the same name, it says there already exists a folder with the same name
