Why can't I connect to mysql VISUAL STUDIO database?

Good afternoon, I created a win form project, installed all plugins for mysql and vs, but still I can't connect to the database.
When I create a DataGridView and connect to the database, after selecting the tables it says "you have a usable connection already visual studio".
After, I decided to re-create the DataGridView and the tables were already available to me, I decided to connect them, and after starting the project, the following error pops up.

Hello.
The problem is that your MySQL Connector/MySQL does not support "new" password authentication.
