Where do phantom keyframes come from in AAE?

Maybe I asked a crooked question, but the point is that between the two keyframes there are values that I do not need. I'll explain with an example:
I'm sorry, I'm not an expert in wording and terms, I'll try to explain it so that they understand me.
Let's take 4 keyframes, each of them has the rotation of the object set.
The general order is:
1st key: +69
2nd key: +61
3rd key: -98
4th key: -100
And in some places in the timeline between keyframes, it happens that the rotation goes beyond this interval. That is, between -98 and -100 there is a turn to -115. Where it comes from, I don't understand. Apparently due to previous manipulations. We have to level these extra parameters by adding other keys, which is inconvenient. What can you advise?

Most likely a full clockwise rotation.
The rotation value looks like 0x -100.0. , where the first number (0x) is the number of full turns and the second number (-100.0) is the degree of rotation.
Check the first turn number.
