Where did icon pictures go in Windows 10?

On the desktop, the icons disappeared, only the inscriptions remained.
This is how it looks like:

If you hover the mouse over the label of the icon, it is highlighted, but if you hover over the place where the sketch should be, nothing is highlighted.
