How to create a partition in an inaccessible, unallocated area of a hard drive?
There is an unallocated area on a 4tb hdd where neither disk management nor paragon nor acronis wants to partition or attach. Someone previously created 5 partitions on this hard drive, and this unallocated area hung, without the ability to do anything with it. I merged 4 sections into one using paragon (1st merged with 2nd, 3rd with 4th, transferred data from the resulting 3 + 4 to the resulting 1 + 2, deleted the 3 + 4 section and attached this unallocated area to 1 + 2), but after that I still can’t do anything with the problem area.
How, after saving data on disk W and C, create a partition in this area or attach it? There are no portable or other drives.

The problem is obviously you have mbr, it allows you to mark up only two terabytes of space, you need gpt data, of course, everything will be lost in this case.
You can convert h gpt partitioning in the Disk Manager by right-clicking on the disk.
