Where did 10% disk size hide?

Removed ride 1 which was 2 TB and now for the new raid 1 max space is 1.8, and for raid 0 = 3.6 TB of space.

Why?
Where did the 400 GB disappear after the removal of ride 1?

@BonBonSlick

Manufacturers write the volume of a disk, for example, 2tb, meaning 2,000,000,000,000, but if we assume correctly that 1kb = 1024b, then it turns out 1.81tb, the question is in the calculation methodology.
And accordingly for raids:
RAID0 size will be size*n=1.8*2=3.6
RAID1 size will be size=1.8
