How to replace a disk with a larger disk in a raid 1 LSI array?

Hello.
There is a server with a raid controller from LSI with four disks, which are combined in pairs into raid 1.
The place starts to run out on one pair.
Is it possible to do so.
1. Turn off one of the old disks.
2 Insert a larger disk instead.
3 Rebuild the array.
4. Change the second disk.
5 Rebuild the array again

@Tabletko

no. The array will be equal to the volume of the smallest disk. Make a backup, insert new disks, delete from neither massmv and transfer data to another
