If the company is located abroad, it makes no sense to hire only Russian speakers. Well, that is, they are hired mixed with others. And the language of communication of this international team is English.
However, if foreign countries are a neighboring country for you, then see: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan (well, depending on where you are, at least 3 of them will be foreign for you).

2. Look for chats of expats by country on Facebook, Telegram where Russian-speaking employees live
