What conditions do you live where you live? If it is illegal, then you have no options to work normally in white. If it is legal, then you do everything that is necessary according to the laws of that country in order to work in white and conclude a contract with an employer from Russia as a foreign contractor.
And if the question is to do work for money in the black - it's your choice, who will forbid you, except for tax and migration, if there is an employer.
