Remote work, what to do with documents?

I am a Python developer, I plan to get a remote job, yesterday I was offered an interview.
I would like to ask experienced programmers: How are things going with documents when applying for a remote job, I just haven’t worked anywhere yet, that’s why I’m asking. For example, anyone needs a passport, how to transfer it, make a photocopy and send it by mail? I count on your help.

I sent the labor by registered mail, immediately choose the 1st class so that it comes faster and there are no problems. The rest of the documents are photocopies attached in the same letter (scanned passport, TIN, maybe something else).
The rest of the documents (agreement, agreements, etc.) you print, sign and scan, send.
For all the time of work, there were no problems with the documents. Some changes in the contract were signed in exactly the same way.
