Where can I watch/download videos on JavaScript or programming in general in English with subtitles?

In order to improve English (IT), I am looking for where to watch / download videos on JavaScript or programming in general in English with subtitles.
Ideally, of course, both with English and Russian. But, in general, English will be enough.
ps Without superimposed Russian voice acting, of course.

By watching English videos with subtitles, you learn to read subtitles, not English.
Read and translate documentation. It doesn't matter what, but it's best if you use it yourself.
Watch the original video. Screencasts are not bad help, subs only get in the way. Just choose an author with a clear speech.
