Recommend where you can upload audio files on the site uploaded by users, preferably with remote download.
The audio files together weigh more than 5GB, the site is powered by Bitrix. I'm thinking of uploading with PHP.

To any cloud, for example, the same Cloud Mail.Ru (where they gave 1024 GB for free), Yandex Disk or Dropbox (for which many libraries have already been written for remote download).
