But how to implement everything and what protocol to use to simultaneously pause and rewind tracks on all computers?! How to promptly transfer all 12 computers to the playback mode from the microphone at the same time?! How to implement everything?

In general, this problem is usually solved by purchasing a broadcast amplifier and broadcast speakers in the right amount. After that, one computer is enough, which will send the desired sound to the amplifier.
If this method does not suit you, then set up a streaming type of Internet radio on some icecast on the server and configure the computers to receive this stream from the server.
