Where can I rent a 2TB storage?

You need a storage, a volume of at least 2TB, to support the download of large files of 200 gigs, at least 20 simultaneous connections to files and a traffic limit so that it either does not exist or is significantly higher than 10TB. In what form it will not matter. As I imagine it, it can be - vps, vds, physical server, cloud storage, ftp folder with access (usually they rent this for backups) and so on. And yet, I have already found where such a miracle can be rented for 1082 rubles per month, so do not offer more expensive options. Thanks to all who responded)

And yet, there are servers with payment for consumption, wouldn't it be cheaper for me to rent such a server somewhere and turn it on only when needed? If there are such options, write)

@castomi

Kimsufi (OVH) has such a server for 15 euros (1022 rubles).
Only C14 Storage from Online.net will be cheaper - storage of 2 TB of data there will cost you 10 euros (682 rubles) at the minimum rate. But keep in mind that these are something like streamers for rent with their own specific features - any operations take a long time, storages are archived a week after creation, etc.

There is such a cloud for backups, but they charge money for both storage and downloading:
