Cloud storage on your own windows server?

At a small enterprise, I want to organize my own cloud storage. Requires access via the web, ample opportunities for delimiting access rights, previewing pictures, videos, documents in the web version. There is a server on Windows, I do not want to change. Can you recommend something, preferably free, but or not very expensive?
