A package manager originally focused on .Net, but at the moment with some support for native libraries under Windows.
It is quite independent, SharpDevelop has not been opened for a long time, you may need to use the command line.
At the office site and in normal books on .Net.
Add Reference and select the desired assembly, everyone did it before.
Get better at English here. There is NuGet today, but not tomorrow, but English will not leave the world stage just like that.
