Where can I get feedback on UX/UI/Design on the Russian Internet?

In the reviews that I was able to google, links are given to all sorts of foreign sites, where for money or for free they will comment on the interface / site for you. However, I don't feel like translating everything into English, just to communicate with foreign comrades.
I tried using q/a on Habré for this, but was politely warned by the moderators that I was doing the wrong thing.

There are many different groups on FB where UX people hang out. You can also find these groups under the word UI / UX, and ask for advice there.
From what I remember - UXClub, UXBastards.

Look for strong designers in the same social networks (both specialized and VKontash) and ask for an audit for money

If you need a general analysis for critical errors, you can contact the FB groups as Santiago26 advises . Everything that is more than general questions - it is better to turn to professionals for money. The result is worth it.
