Where can I get feedback on my study project once a week?
For educational purposes, I started doing something like a framework. First of all, to understand how it generally works. I do it from time to time and I would like sometimes (once a week or one and a half) to receive something like feedback so as not to stumble upon errors that other people have stumbled upon 100 times (architectural, I mean). Are there any resources where I can do this and is a toaster suitable for this purpose?

Free - nowhere.
You have to spend either money, or time, or something else.
Is a toaster suitable for this purpose?Won't fit. The rules prohibit conducting surveys and advising on private matters. Here you can post only questions that other people may encounter.
Alternatively, host your project on github, make pull requests to your own repository, and then go to the telegram chat of the Russian-speaking community in your PL and ask for a review. Someone will agree and help you with this.
