Not just a multi-channel softphone?

Good day, my question is about choosing a softphone for our tasks.
Our operators have 3 softphones:
- receiving a call
- calling back
- receiving a call
There are 3 servers, 2 incoming, 1 stands for calling back.
Is there a softphone that meets the following conditions:

1. simultaneously register 3 sip channels and hangs authorized on them
   
2. can receive calls on 3 channels at the same time, that is, notify that a call is knocking on another channel
   
3. allows you to see a list of registered channels in a certain window, so that when you call back, click through which channel to call back

I'm embarrassed to ask, why not make one server and set up routes normally - trunks?
