Where can I get feedback about a personal project/startup?

I tried to leave the question on the Toaster about where to develop my own project, but the moderator gave a turn from the gate. It is not very clear where in Runet you can show your project to programmers and collect feedback. Only Spark comes to mind, but it’s rather dull in terms of feedback - mostly marketers / founders sit and move their projects forward, it’s good if the project has at least one response.

For these purposes, it is enough to send your idea to a startup accelerator (business incubator) or to a startup competition like Su&IT 2018 and you will receive constructive feedback from the pros.
