Search for an investor for a startup, what are the pitfalls and where to look for an investor?

I came up with my own project, practically brought it to the opportunity to start.
But you need to find an investor. The amount is relatively small, no more than 20 thousand rubles at a time, no more will be required. So here are the questions:
What are the most profitable offers from investors can be found?
How not to be "booted" when the project develops and the investor wants to receive all the profits?
As I see it: divide the profitability of the project by 40 by 60. 40% for him and 60% for me, because I still pay the salary from my share. project participants.
I ask you not to throw your shoes away, this is the first time I encounter such a question, I want to be at least a little erudite in it.
PS there was a 50/50 thought, under the same conditions, only a condition appears for the investor:
For example, he invested 20 thousand, then when he receives, for example, 40 thousand from the proceeds from the site. He leaves the project.

hehe
20 thousand is the salary of any lower-level employee, not a single startup investor is interested in profits less than a million,
just earn these 20 thousand yourself and do your project.

20K - borrow from relatives better.
If there is any opportunity to do without investment - use it. Especially when it comes to a relatively small amount.

20,000 rubles is not that amount.
Investors do not give less than 500,000 rubles. And even immediately they try to shove a million and a half.
In a worthwhile project, and not just like that, of course.
Projects for smaller amounts - you need to spin yourself.
If you yourself cannot earn such (small) money, then no one will trust you with theirs, all the more so.
