Where can I get data (API) to create my own (own design) weather widget?

Hello! I have my own unique design of the weather informer and I would like to bind data from some service (a la Gismeteo) to it, but I just can’t find api from anyone, everyone unconditionally limits their services to the constructor or, as Yandex writes, that appearance cannot be changed.
