Where can I get comments for the site?

Actually SABZH.
There is a site (pictures, entertainment) on which there seems to be a lot of views and less traffic, but there is a problem with comments. I want to somehow shake the audience and I need to make a bot that will add comments to the content (content is generated by users).
Maybe someone has experience or thoughts about all this, where to get it, maybe there are some APIs where you can get an approximately relevant comment using the keys from the text?
Writing a bot is not a problem, the problem is with the fantasy of the comment text.
Can the VK API look for some requests where you can pull comments from posts, is there such a thing in VK?
