Where can I get a DataSet to develop a recommender system?

There was a desire to implement a recommender system based on the SVD algorithm, we need such a DataSet, where there is both a training sample and a test one, in order to compare the result according to the RMSE functionality. Or take any DataSet and divide it yourself into test and training?
