I learned how to upload my data to Google Colab, but I can't figure out how to describe the catalog and data for network training and training quality control. I just need to train the network from scratch, and not retrain an already finished neural network. Please write a universal code that I can modify for my classes.

I ask for help, since I honestly have been sitting with this for more than a day and still could not figure out this problem, although I understand that the problem is trifling.
