I downloaded the official Windows 10 version 1909. But everything is tied to OneDrive. And the desktop, and documents, and everything. Where to find the assembly with Windows 10 1909 version, but so that there is no One Drive at all and the desktop is not in the folder One Drive, but as usual, in user /

You ate something. By default, nothing is bound.

Windows 10 tweaker is able to remove everything you don't need and disable OneDrive

Don't use OneDrive or remove it. CCleaner can remove OneDrive
