What you want can of course be done with AutoIt, Autohotkey and similar programs, but it's more difficult there.
The easiest way is to download the Nirsoft WinExplorer v1.30 program https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/winexp.html (below "Download WinExplorer (84KB)")
, run it, and here it is very important - the program scans all windows but NOT does it in real time. If you don't find something, you have to click "Refresh" to get fresh data.
