How to update Windows 10 to 1903 if you can free up 8 gigabytes?

Nedobook with eMMS. The disk memory is only 32G, we managed to free up 8 (by all available means, including cleaning the disk and removing the update cache).
How can you update Windows 10 to 1903 - or at least force the system not to update and not have disk space?

@Mercury13

system requirements 1903 - 32Gb disk space.
I think the only option that can turn out is a clean installation (and not on top, but first delete everything and format the disk).
Well, in the future, there will still be a problem with the place.

Remove the image on a virtual machine, update, compress the disk and throw it back. The solution is so-so, but I think it will work

I would put a clean ltsc
Then turn off the updates, and sometimes put them with handles

I recently updated a similar system from win10 1709 -> 1909. I created a flash drive in Rufus from ISO Win10 1909. I took a flash drive with a margin of 64 GB. In OS 1709, I launched setup from it. And everything was updated by itself, though the process went on for almost 4 hours. It seems that Windows itself backed up part of the data on the USB flash drive, freed up space, returned the data back. It looks very much like it. Everything ended well.
But after thinking a little, I still bought a 512 GB drive later https://aliexpress.ru/item/32803877510.html
Fortunately, there was such a connector inside the Prestigio Smartbook 133S laptop, and not just a 32 GB eMMC soldered on the motherboard of the laptop.
